Quality takes time. Once candidates are found, we run new, thorough background checks and reference calls. Within 3 to 5 work days, we present a select list of experts who meet the Care Circle standard of excellence.

The Proof of Quality Our team starts the work. We access our network of caregivers and conduct thorough Background Checks: Criminal record checks.
Work History: We contact at least two past employers.
Validations: We confirm SANC, SACSSP, or SETA official certifications.
Direct Hiring Process Once you discover the right match, you employ them yourself. You fulfill a single Finder’s Fee, and the professional’s pay is settled by you, the Employer, directly.

How do we vet our caregivers?
Every assistant in our network undergoes a strict screening, including ID checks, legal history, and deep professional reference calls. We also validate all specific certifications through SANC, SACSSP, or SETA.
Are there any monthly agency fees?
No. We value honesty and direct links. We only collect a single, one-time finder’s fee based on the placement level you select. There are no recurring monthly costs, ensuring your family saves money over time.
How quickly can we meet potential candidates?
We never use old files. For every specific request, we start a new vetting cycle—including credential checks and live reference interviews. This thorough 3-to-5-day process ensures that every candidate we present is fully ready for your home.
What happens if the placement is not a good fit?
We take great pride in the honesty of our screening and the high quality of our placements. ​ If the professional does not meet the goals defined in your original brief within the initial 30 days, Care Circle will perform a second search to find a better match at no extra cost to you.  Please be aware that as a professional referral agent, all placement fees are final, and any requests for different roles outside the original brief will be seen as a new search with its own finder’s fee.
